Take the next step to build tenant power

Tenants just won a rent freeze, and now it's time to take back our neighborhoods from real estate, building by building, block by block! Join us for a training on how to organize your neighbors to win repairs, protections, and more!

Join the Tenant Bloc for our monthly membership meeting and get plugged in to the growing tenant movement taking the city by storm from Brooklyn to the Bronx! We'll talk about upcoming campaigns and how to spread the word about the rent freeze to your neighbors. Afterwards, join us for drinks at a bar nearby and meet other people excited to take this city out of the hands of real estate and build working class power!
